Delivery and shipping info
Shipping within New Zealand.
All orders will be charged on a weight-based calculation at checkout. All New Zealand orders are shipped fully-tracked and traced with an estimated delivery of 1-4 working days.
All Rural NZ orders will take 1-3 days longer than standard shipping.
Please note: Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Tuesday (excluding holidays). We don’t offer Saturday delivery.
Flora Fauna is not responsible for delays caused by adverse weather condition or any other event beyond our control.
NZ – Shipping oversized items.
Over-sized items such as large artworks and pieces of home decor will incur a delivery fee. This fee is dependent on your order, weight and the location that it is being delivered to, please contact us at hello@florafauna.co.nz to provide a courier quote.
If you choose to purchase online & wish to collect in store please enter PICKUP at the checkout.
Please email helloflorafauna.co.nz and we can quote you on shipping or contact us if you wish to arrange your own shipping.
International Shipping.
We ship to Asia, Australia, Europe & North America. All orders will be charged on a weight-based calculation/ location at checkout.
All International orders will be shipped using DHL, and should arrive in 10-15 business days, depending on the destination.

In the case that our carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by you, your refusal to pay duties, multiple failed attempts to reach you at point of delivery, your item will be returned to us. Please contact us at hello@florafauna.co.nz if this applies to you.
